Ok so I realize that I am probably the only one who is jazzed about this, but that's probably because I am really the only one who knew about it. I'm still excited though, and I hope you will all join in this with me. I have been planning this since last year and just haven't had the time to really do it.
Feed Your Soul Fridays is all about stopping and doing something special for yourself. As mom's we all know that finding five minutes to eat can be hard at times much less finding time to pamper ourselves. That is exactly what I am asking you to do though. I am challenging you to find half an hour every Friday(or really whatever day works for you), to do something just for you. Even if it's just taking a bubble bath, or reading a chapter in a book. We all need time to relax and recharge. So I will be taking at least a half an hour, ever Friday, to feed my soul. How about you?
